At PR MAXWIRE, we are committed to providing a responsible platform for users to distribute and explore press releases. Our refund policy has been designed with a focus on transparency and accountability to ensure a smooth experience for all our users. Below are the key details of our refund policy:

Partial Refundable and Non-Refundable Circumstances

Partial Refundable:
Once you have made payment and submitted your press release distribution copy, it will undergo a review to ensure it meets the compliance and audit requirements outlined in our Content & Distribution Guidelines. If you cancel your press release during this process, then an administrative fee of USD $200.00 (i.e. per press release distribution copy) will be deducted from your invoiced payment. The remaining balance will be refunded to you. -
Non-Refundable:
If your press release is approved and/or published through our distribution channels, we cannot offer a refund. This is due to the resources that have been utilized to distribute the content across various platforms and media outlets.

Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

Content Non-Approval: If your press release contains hate speech, harassment, violence, or any harmful content that violates our Content & Distribution Guidelines, it will not be approved for publication. In such cases, you will be entitled to a full refund.

Refund Process

If your press release is not approved and you are eligible for a refund, follow these steps to initiate the refund process:

Notification:
You will be notified via email if your content does not meet our approval standards. -
Refund Request:
Upon receiving the non-approval notification, you must submit your refund request within 7 days. Please email us with the relevant details of your press release and refund request. -
Refund Approval:
After reviewing your refund request, if it meets the criteria, we will initiate the refund process. -
Refund Method:
Refunds will be processed through XFlow, the payment gateway used for the original transaction.

Refund Timeline

Once your refund request is approved, please allow up to 15 working days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
