Our refund and chargeback policy is crafted with a focus on transparency and accountability, ensuring a seamless experience for all our clients. This policy also aims to safeguard against money laundering, fraudulent activities, or any attempts thereof on our website and payment gateway. Below are the key details of our refund policy:

Refund Policy Guidelines

Partial Refundable and Non-Refundable Circumstances

​

1. Partial Refundable:

 

  • Review Process: Once you have made payment and submitted your PR Service order, it will undergo a review to ensure it meets the compliance and audit requirements outlined in our Content & Distribution Guidelines, Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, and Terms of Use. If you cancel your PR Service Order, then an administrative fee of USD $200.00 or PR Service Administrative fee mentioned in the invoice which ever is higher) will be deducted from your Pay As You Go (PayG) Invoiced Order payment. The remaining balance will be refunded to you.

  • UnApproved Content: If your press release contains hate speech, harassment, violence, or any harmful content that violates our Content & Distribution Guidelines, Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, and Terms of Use, it will not be published. In such cases, you will be entitled to a partial refund after deducting an administrative fee of USD $200.00 or PR Service Administrative fee mentioned in the invoice (which ever is higher) will be deducted from your Pay As You Go (PayG) Invoiced Order payment. The remaining balance will be refunded to you.

​2. Non-Refundable:

​

  • Approved and Published Content: If your press release is approved and/or published through our distribution channels, we cannot offer a refund. This is due to the resources utilized to distribute the content across various platforms and media outlets.

  • Fraudulent Attempts: Any fraudulent attempts or activities will be reported to relevant authorities and/or followed by directions of the Court and/or law enforcement authorities in Bengaluru, Karnataka. We reserve the right to pursue legal action to recover any losses incurred due to fraudulent attempts or activities or payments.

​Refund Process

Your partial refund process:

  1. Partial Refund Request:

    • Fill and submit your refund request within 10 days of your Pay As You Go (PayG) order payment. Please submit completed Order Refund Form with your information submitted with the order along with order invoice and payment receipt copies to support@prmaxwire.com.

  2. ​Partial Refund Approval:

    • It is PR Maxwire's sole discretion to either approve or reject the refund request based on the refund policy guidelines listed above.

  3. Notification:

    • You will be notified via email (on client's email listed on Order payment receipt/Invoice) about your partial refund Approval and copy of you the client will also receive.

  4. Partial Refund Method:

    • Partial Refunds will be processed through our third party payment gateway/account/platform, the partial refund be paid to the same source where the funds were originally received.

Refund Timeline

​

Once your partial refund request is approved, please allow up to 15 working days for the partial refund to be processed from our end. We can provide you partial refund processed acknowledgement copy from our third party payment service provider. However, we don't have control over your bank's turnaround time so please contact your bank for any delay in receiving your partial refund.

Chargeback Policy Guidelines

  1. No Chargebacks: By making a payment for our services, you agree that you will not initiate any chargebacks or disputes with your credit card provider or bank. All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued once the service has been delivered.

  2. Dispute Resolution: If you have any issues or concerns with the services provided, you agree to contact us on support@prmaxwire.com directly through your email mentioned in Pay As You Go (PayG) Order invoice to resolve the matter. We are committed to addressing and resolving any legitimate concerns promptly and professionally.

  3. Proof of Service Delivery: We maintain detailed records of all services provided, including timestamps, communication logs, client's order submission, order acceptance, payments and deliverables. This documentation will be used to verify the completion and quality of services in the event of a dispute.

  4. Fraud Prevention: Any fraudulent chargeback attempts will be reported to the relevant authorities and our Bank and/or our third party payment service providers. We reserve the right to pursue legal action to recover any losses incurred due to fraudulent chargebacks.

  5. Agreement to Terms: By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this chargeback policy, refund policy, terms of use, Privacy policy, Cookies policy and all other policies and terms listed in our website www.prmaxwire.com.

Please Note*: The client explicitly and without any condition and/or under no circumstances will claim a full refund or chargeback. All Content & Distribution Guidelines, terms and policies are shared and agreed by the client before paying their Pay As You Go (PayG) Order invoice. The clients are advised to read and understand all terms and policies shared and available on the website "www.prmaxwire.com". By proceeding with the payment, clients acknowledge their understanding and acceptance all terms and policies listed with the Pay As You Go (PayG) Order invoice and ll other policies and terms listed in our website "www.prmaxwire.com".
